By beating the 2018 God of War game and earning the Last Wish trophy, PlayStation gamers can sign up for the sweepstakes. To participate, PlayStation gamers will want to create a Sony Rewards account or log in to their existing one. It should be noted that Sony Rewards is separate from the recently-launched PlayStation Stars program, so fans should keep that in mind. After logging in to Sony Rewards with their PlayStation account, the next step is to beat the 2018 God of War game and earn the Last Wish trophy, or if one has already earned that trophy, simply signing up for the sweepstakes. This God of War Beat the Game sweepstakes will run from October 14 through November 4, and it’s only available to those in the US who are 18 years of age or older. The lucky winner will be rewarded with a PlayStation 5 console, a 65" BRAVIA HDR TV, the God of War Ragnarok Jotnar Edition, a $100 PlayStation Store code, and other God of War-themed prizes. Obviously, one’s chances of winning the contest is pretty slim, but it’s worth a shot, especially if one has already beaten the 2018 God of War game and just needs to fill out the sweepstakes form.

The prizes in the sweepstakes are all pretty exciting for God of War fans, but one of the most exciting parts of the giveaway is the Jotnar Edition. The God of War Ragnarok Jotnar Edition is sold out, and when it was available, it cost a whopping $259.99. But while that’s a pretty steep price, it’s worth pointing out that the God of War Ragnarok Jotnar Edition came with quite a lot of content, justifying its hefty price of admission.

For the uninitiated, the God of War Ragnarok Jotnar Edition comes with a copy of the game (as a printed voucher), a replica of Thor’s Mjolnir hammer, Brok’s dice set, a vinyl soundtrack, two Vanir Twins carvings, a Falcon, Bear & Wolf pin set, a Yggdrasil cloth map, a legendary Draupnir ring, a steelbook display case, the Knowledge Keeper’s Shrine, and a variety of digital items for use in-game such as the Darkdale cosmetic sat, the Kratos and Atreus Risen Snow sets. Jotnar Edition owners also get the Dark Horse digital art book, the digital soundtrack, a PSN avatar set, and a special PlayStation 4 theme.

God of War Ragnarok launches November 9 for PS4 and PS5.
